About Me

As a young professional in the commercial construction industry, I traveled all over the country working from project to project. I lived in 7 states over a decade (one state twice) so moving was close to an annual event. Despite the stress of relocating and starting over in a new town every year, the thrill of finding the perfect home was a welcomed challenge. I enjoyed learning about new communities, and finding the perfect place to call home. Years later when I landed back in St. Petersburg, I realized how unique and special the Tampa Bay area really was. With newfound pride in my favorite city, and the desire to be my own boss, becoming a REALTOR® was a natural choice. My passion lies in helping buyers find their little slice of paradise, and assisting sellers in reaching their financial goals. I pride myself on excellence in customer service and clear communication, while striving to make my customers' experiences smooth and enjoyable. I currently hold National Association of Realtors designations as a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). I am highly focused on continuing education and staying up to date on market trends, legal issues, and the latest technology. I have chosen to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Realty in St. Petersburg, a brokerage that offers great support for their agents and who has been "Guiding You Home" for over 100 years.

Aside from real estate, I enjoy photography, paddleboarding, live music, and travel. You will often find me at the soccer fields on the weekends, cheering on my two teen boys. Go Raiders! Prior to working in the construction industry, I earned a BS in Biology from FSU and worked as a fisheries biologist. I live in northeast St. Pete with my husband of 18 years, our two teenage boys, a Husky named Kira and a rescue pup named Rocky.
